PROCESSING TIMES

**WE ARE SHIPPING AS NORMAL - THERE MAY BE COURIER DELAYS BOTH LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC**

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

N SHIPPING

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10. We use Australia Post, Shippit, Easyship or Sendle to send all orders, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package and automatic email updates on your parcels whereabouts.  

Free Standard Shipping is valid for orders that total AUS$75 or more, excluding the cost of shipping and that are being delivered to an Australia shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via Standard tracked mail.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $30 AUS. We use Australia Post, Shippit or Easyship to send all orders, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package and automatic email updates on your parcels whereabouts.
